1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from My Bounce Place, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
• Payment is due at the time of booking
• We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and Venmo
• A security deposit may be required

3. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery and setup are included within our service area
• Additional fees apply for deliveries outside service area
• Setup requires a flat, level surface free of debris
• Customer must be present for delivery and pickup

4. Safety and Supervision

• Adult supervision is required at all times
• Maximum capacity limits must be followed
• No shoes, food, or drinks allowed in bounce houses
• No rough play or dangerous activities

5. Weather Policy

• Rentals may be cancelled due to severe weather
• Light rain is usually not a problem
• High winds may require early takedown
• No refunds for weather-related cancellations

6. Damage and Liability

• Customer is responsible for damage beyond normal wear
• Security deposit may be used for repairs
• My Bounce Place is not liable for personal injury
• All participants must sign liability waivers

7. Cancellation Policy

• 48-hour notice required for cancellations
• Late cancellations may incur fees
• No refunds for no-shows
